Jaynes Appraisals

1. We will discuss your appraisal on the telephone or via email and arrange an appointment to document your items.
2. At your appointment, the items included in the appraisal will be documented and we will discuss and sign the appraisal contract.* A retainer will be paid at this appointment.
3. We will mail, fax or email a copy of your contract with an estimate for appraisal to you within three business days of the documentation appointment. Estimates are never exceeded.
4. Appraisals typically take two to four weeks for completion. Upon completion, an invoice will be sent to you via pdf or hard copy. Once the payment due is received, your appraisal will be mailed to you via USPS Priority mail.

*If you would prefer to receive a copy of the contract prior to your appointment, we will be happy to fax or send it.
